EV Repair & Battery

Electric Vehicle Repair & Battery Diagnostics

Our EV division covers the full electric-vehicle service chain — high-voltage repair, battery health, charging systems and thermal management — performed with certified HV safety and OEM procedures.

EV Powertrain & Battery Repair

High-voltage service on traction batteries, drive motors, inverters, onboard chargers and HV distribution — with insulation checks, HV interlock handling and lockout/tagout before work begins.

EV

Battery Health Diagnostics

Full battery assessment — state of health, capacity, internal resistance, cell voltage spread, balancing and insulation resistance — delivered with a written battery condition report.

EV Charging Diagnostics

Charging fault finding for AC and DC charging, CCS inlet, onboard charger, BMS communication and charge-curve behaviour — plus charging-related software updates.

High-Voltage Safety Protocols

Certified HV working procedures — insulation testing, HVIL interlock verification, high-voltage shutdown and isolation, and lockout/tagout before any work on the vehicle.

HV Safe

Thermal Management

EV cooling-circuit and thermal-system diagnosis — coolant loops, heat pumps, liquid-cooled battery plates and heater faults that affect charging speed, range and battery life.

Standardized EV Procedures

Every EV repair follows the manufacturer's published procedures — torque values, measurement points, test routines and acceptance criteria straight from the factory manual.

EV work is delivered to the same documented standard as our calibration — OEM equipment, factory procedures, verified results.

European platforms and all-brand diagnostics follow the same rule as our calibration work — factory procedures, OEM tools, documented results.
Diagnostic & Repair Standards

An OEM-Standard Diagnostic Process

Every vehicle moves through a documented diagnostic workflow aligned to the manufacturer's repair and calibration standards — nothing is left to guesswork.

01

Pre-Inspection & Pre-Conditioning

Level the vehicle on an approved work surface and confirm factory ride height; set tire pressures to specification; inspect for body or suspension damage that could skew measurements.

02

Full-System Diagnostic Scan

Perform a manufacturer-level scan across all control modules (ABS, steering angle sensor, airbag, ADAS ECUs), documenting current and stored DTCs, sensor status and live data before work begins.

03

OEM Procedure Selection

Identify the required calibration type — static (target) or dynamic (road) — from the manufacturer's procedure, based on VIN, model year and fitted equipment, and load the matching scan-tool application.

04

Baseline Measurement & Documentation

Record baseline alignment, ride height and sensor mounting, and capture before-state data so that every change during the job remains visible and traceable.

05

Calibration Execution

Position OEM-specification targets at the manufacturer's measured distances and heights, keep the vehicle level, and run calibration until the system reports an accepted status.

06

Post-Calibration Verification

Confirm the learned/calibrated status, complete the required drive cycle or road test, re-scan for DTCs, and verify ADAS readiness (ACC, AEB, lane keeping, auto park) before handover.

OEM Repair ProceduresWork is executed to each manufacturer's published repair and calibration procedures.
Target PositioningManufacturer-specified target distances, heights and angles, measured and leveled.
Ride-Height & LevelVehicle leveling and factory ride height are confirmed before any measurement.
Before/After DataBaseline and post-work data are documented for a fully traceable record.

Diagnostic scope: Inspection, scanning and calibration are performed in line with the vehicle manufacturer's diagnostic and repair standards. Where a repair fault is identified, we recommend correction prior to calibration so the sensor can be set on a sound, undamaged vehicle. Final approval of the calibration result follows the scan tool's accepted status and a completed verification drive.
